SHIPPING & RETURNS

SHIPPING POLICY

Thank you for choosing our products. We are currently offering free standard shipping on all orders, which usually takes 5-9 business days to arrive. Please note that we only ship to locations within Canada. We understand that sometimes you may need your order delivered more quickly. In such cases, we kindly request you to reach out to our customer service team via email at info@zeroshine.ca and we will do our best to accommodate your request for rush shipping. Please note that additional shipping fees may apply for rush shipping and will be charged separately. We aim to process and ship all orders within 1-2 business days of receipt. However, please note that we do not ship on weekends or holidays. Once your order has shipped, we will provide you with a tracking number via email. In case of any issues with your shipment, please contact our customer service team via email and we will do our best to resolve the issue promptly.

Note: Our couriers are currently not able to deliver to PO boxes. 

We are going paperless! Our company is very pleased to inform you that starting next month, we will no longer be sending out paper invoices, receipts. All correspondence will now be distributed to you via email. We are really excited about this initiative.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

Thank you for your purchase from Zero Shine Ltd. We want you to be completely satisfied with your product, which is why we offer a 30-day refund or exchange policy. If you are unsatisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it within 30 days from the date of purchase. To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team via email and provide your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with a return authorization number and instructions on how to return the product. Please note that the customer is responsible for all shipping costs associated with the return. Once we receive the returned product, we will process your refund or exchange within 5 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment. If you choose to exchange the product, we will ship the replacement product to you at no additional cost. In case of a refund, the customer will receive a full refund of the purchase price minus any shipping fees paid at the time of purchase. Please note that this policy applies only to products purchased directly from Zero Shine Ltd. Products purchased from third-party retailers are subject to the return and exchange policies of those retailers.
